Talent Engagement

The EDA's Widget Cup high school design/build STEM competition, and regional partnership events, like Worlds of Work middle school career exploration and The Employer Expo hiring fair, are connecting future and current talent with local companies. Partnership in the Northern Shenandoah Valley Talent Coalition is working to attract new talent to the region via LiveLoveShenandoah.
