Year Established | 2000

Yep, that's right! The Career Pathways Program is in its 18th year! We're committed to helping students in our community find the career that's right for them. How do we do that? Through a comprehensive campaign that features special events, tours and other learning opportunities for students and educators.

Students Reached

More than 5,600 students, 1,400 educators, and 50 businesses have been a part of the Career Pathways Program over the last 18 years.

Perceptions Changed

Why do we do what we do? Because setting ourselves up for success is important! If you've never been inside some of the area's businesses or seen a certain career in action, it's hard to know what kind of opportunities are out there. Frederick County businesses are diverse, offering a lot of variety when it comes to career options. Pre- and post-event surveys consistently show that the Career Pathways Program is changing the perception about the quality and variety of career opportunities available locally.

Your Move. Our Commitment.
